This new and improved rudder with G-LINE pedal system allows for easier manoeuvrability of longer kayaks and can help during tougher conditions. It is specifically designed for the new Alborán but can be adapted to suit most kayaks that require a rudder.

New and improved G-LINE pedals which no longer require you to steer the rudder by moving the pedals fully left and right, you now lock the pedals in place at the desired length and manouver the direction of the rudder with the tips of your feet.

The rudder is made out of quality black aluminium and measures 55cm in length. The pedals attach to the inside of the kayak. Two cables pass from the pedals to the rudder. The pedals move at mirrored angles and direct the rudder that helps with manoeuvrability of the kayak. 

Installing a rudder is a fairly straightforward procedure. However passing the cable from the rudder through the kayak to the pedals can be more complicated depending on the model of kayak you have.  The less access points the tougher the job so have a look at some installation videos before you attempt it.
